Giulia Gasperi

  • Passionate, Empathetic & Curious

    Giulia brings 15 years of data-led consulting experience to D*M’s global agency and brand partners. For her, numbers are powerful tools for making a real difference. Leaders at R/GA, VF Corp, Netflix, and Marshall Group rely on her to turn complex data into insights that spark new growth, revive struggling businesses, and create award-winning work.

    Giulia loves building and nurturing communities, whether she's supporting young talent, chairing global conferences, or offering free services to startups. Her work has shone on stages like EPIC, ESOMAR, and IIEX.

    She's lived on four continents, speaks five languages, and is always on the hunt for the next great sci-fi book.

    Her love language is to share an overwhelming amount of memes, fun facts and interesting resources with people she loves. For example, check out this great account celebrating out-of-copyright works!

Ashlinn Romagnoli
Chaos Wrangler

  • Tenacious, Conscientious, & Light-Hearted

    Name a type of project and Ashlinn has probably managed it. She spent the first years of her career bringing her drive and organizational skills to anything that needed doing, from opening coffee shops in NYC to managing hundreds of volunteers for Carnegie Hall to producing commercials. A chance meeting through her all-women motorcycle club introduced her to the world of brand strategy, where she’s spent the last decade managing projects for major global brands including Sony, Nike, Grey Goose, and Marshall. She eventually specialized in data projects and loves nothing more than watching the data magic unfold.

    She has a masters in Sociology from the London School of Economics and remains a nerd to this day, reading any and everything she can get her hands on from the classics to sci-fi/fantasy to nonfiction. She is a cat person and apparently now also a baby person as she and her husband welcomed their sweet daughter into the world in February 2024.

    She has strong opinions about most things, including the grammatical correctness of DataIsMagic.
